Accessing the administrative interface
After you have completed the initial setup in BMC Remedy AR System, you can log on to the
interface.To access the administrative interface
- Launch a web browser and go to http://<hostName>:<port>/itm.
- hostName: Name of the server on which is installed
- port: Cconfigured port number
- Log on using your administrative-level user name and password.
Click the Admin link on the top navigation bar of the Home page.
The System Information screen appears.The navigation pane on the left provides links to the administrative functions. The System Statistics table displays a summary of
elements in the BMC database.- When you have finished performing administrative functions, click the Home link on the top navigation bar to return to the Home page, or click Log Out to exit the application.
Tip: For faster searching, add an asterisk to the end of your partial query. Example: cert*
