Defining vendor process templates

Defining new Vendor Process templates includes the following steps: 

 

  • Specifying the default approvers
  • Creating the new Vendor Process phases (called "tasks" in the template)
  • Creating the tasks that are part of each phase (called "sub-tasks" in the template)

  • Creating Vendor Process milestone type
