Deleting document templates

  1. In the Administration navigation tree, select Documents > Attachment Groups.
  2. In the Attachment Groups window, select the attachment group that contains the template that you want to delete.
  3. In the Attachment Group details window, locate the template that you want to delete.
  4. In that row of the table, click Delete in the Actions column.

  5. Click OK to confirm the deletion. 

    Warning

    Note

    You cannot delete a document template while it is being used.

 

Tip: For faster searching, add an asterisk to the end of your partial query. Example: cert*
