Adding document templates to an attachment group


  1. In the Administration navigation tree, select Documents > Attachment Groups.
  2. In the Attachment Groups window, select an attachment group.

    The Attachment Group details window appears for the attachment group that you selected.
  3. On the Templates title bar, click Add.

    The Add Attachment for Attachment Group window appears, as shown in the following figure.

  4. In the Name field, enter a descriptive name for the template.
  5. In the Description field, enter a description of the template.
  6. In the File field, click Browse to locate and select the file that will become the template.
  7. If the template has been reviewed, select the Reviewed check box.
  8. From the Status list, select the draft status of the template. 

    Warning

    Note

    The Version Notes field is not applicable to document templates.

  9. To add another template to the same attachment group, click Save and New.
  10. When you have finished adding templates to this group, click Save and Done.

 

Tip: For faster searching, add an asterisk to the end of your partial query. Example: cert*
