Perform impact analysis with improved automated rules and CI qualification
In impact analysis settings, use the enhanced automated rule to define conditions accurately by building qualifications that include incident fields and related attributes. After the impact analysis completes, CIs are related automatically based on the values defined in the qualification builder. These changes help reduce repetitive tasks and improve incident context during service operations.
