Performing tasks in Telco Extensions with the REST API

BMC Helix Telco Extensionsprovides Representational State Transfer (REST) APIs that use HTTP or HTTPS to send requests, and JavaScript Object Notation (JSON) standards to receive responses. The APIs are TMF621-compliant and designed to manage trouble tickets in alignment with TM Forum standards.

Use the REST APIs to perform the following operations in BMC Helix Telco Extensions:

  • Creating trouble tickets
  • Updating trouble tickets
  • Retrieving trouble tickets
