BMC Helix Telco Extensions 23.3

The network is becoming autonomous and traditional service assurance tools can no longer deliver what is needed. On the operations side, the traditional NOC is being eliminated and being replaced by a zero-touch, AI-driven operations to effectively manage the speed and complexity of the modern network. Due to the siloed and stitched-together approach, traditional service assurance systems need to be completely replaced. Manual process cannot address the need. This lack of Agile and DevOps, intelligent automation, scale and flexibility makes it imperative for telecommunications businesses to completely reinvent their IT operations. BMC’s solution to these challenges is to extend the capabilities of BMC Helix ITSM to address the needs of the market.
