Perform an analysis to find and relate impacted CIs and services for an incident

In BMC Helix Telco Extensions, you can run an impact analysis for an incident. This analysis helps you identify the Configuration Items (CIs) and services that are impacted by the degraded or impaired related input CIs for an incident. You can use these impact analysis results to evaluate incidents, manage risks, and make informed decisions while working on the incident. You can then relate the CIs and services that are identified by the impact analysis process back to the incident, which helps you resolve the incident quickly.
