BMC Helix Network Service Operations for Communication Service Providers 25.1
The network is becoming autonomous and traditional service assurance tools can no longer deliver what is needed. On the operations side, the traditional NOC is being eliminated and being replaced by a zero-touch, AI-driven operations to effectively manage the speed and complexity of the modern network.
