Performance lab deployment architecture
The following image describes the deployment diagram for the benchmark environment of BMC Helix Multi-Cloud Service Management.
The infrastructure includes the Remedy IT Service Management (ITSM) or BMC Helix IT Service Management (ITSM) application, and Atlassian JIRA Software on-premises setup at the internal BMC lab. Salesforce and BMC Helix Integration Service were hosted on the cloud. BMC Helix Integration Service were hosted on AWS EC2 instances. Microsoft Azure dev instances were on the cloud. SilkPerformer agents were located at internal BMC lab.
