Updating configurations to send and receive data from custom fields

Use the out-of-the-box configurations to quickly integrate two products and initiate the ticket creation. The out-of-the-box configurations map common fields to send and receive data between two products. For example, in the integration between BMC Helix Multi-Cloud Broker and Azure Monitor, the Urgency field in BMC Helix Multi-Cloud Broker is mapped to the Severity field in Azure Monitor.

However, you have the flexibility to update the out-of-the-box configurations to send the data to custom fields or objects.
