Performance lab deployment architecture

The following image describes the deployment diagram for the benchmark environment of BMC Helix Multi-Cloud Broker.

The infrastructure includes the Remedy IT Service Management Suite (Remedy ITSM Suite) or BMC Helix ITSM application, and Atlassian JIRA Software on-premises setup at the internal BMC lab. Salesforce was hosted on the cloud. BMC Helix Integration Service were deployed on Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform Cluster  at the internal BMC lab.  SilkPerformer agents were located at internal BMC lab.
