Troubleshooting automatic creation of service request in BMC Helix Digital Workplace Catalog
Issue Scope
You create an incident, work order, or a change request by using BMC Helix ITSM after enabling the sbeConnectorName parameter.
Resolution
Make sure that the end-to-end integration between BMC Helix ITSM and BMC Helix Digital Workplace Catalog is functional.
Verify that the sbeConnectorName parameter has the same value in BMC Helix ITSM and BMC Helix Digital Workplace .

The following warning message is displayed when you select In Digital Workplace in the Create Service Request on Submit field:
