Configuring your DSO environment for data transfer and deletion

Important

The Distributed Server Option (DSO) is available only for on-premises deployments.

Regardless of your implementation type, for DSO to work with yourBMC Helix ITSM and custom application forms, you must create distributed transfer and delete filters, and distributed mappings that are specific for each form. As an administrator you can implement DSO in a BMC Helix ITSM environment for:
