Custom AR System reports

For an .arr report type, a data record for each report is loaded into the AR System Report form. The following fields are used to define data for reports:

Field name

Description

Report Name

Meaningful name for the report. This name is visible to end users.

Report Set Name

Preferably the same as Report Name. This name is used for grouping reports.

Server

Server name

Important: Automatically populated on import, so you do not export this field in the .arx file.

Assignee Groups

Groups that are permitted to use this report.

Locale

Locale as appropriate to the language in the report file. If the field is left blank, the language in the report is set to US English.

Base Qualification

(Optional) Qualification for the report.

Date Range Field ID

Field ID of a date field that specifies a date range.

Date Range Report

Whether the report is for a specific date range.

Report Definition File

File attachment; for example, .arr for a Action Request System report.
Important:

  • The standard report naming format is SystemCode_ReportName.arr.
  • For the report name, use CamelCase notation and do not use spaces between words.
