Configuring search


Service agents use search to find tickets and other information, such as knowledge articles. They also use search to find the information that they need to record and update tickets. As an administrator, you can configure search to help service agents find results and to improve system performance. To review options for configuring search, check the following information:


 

Tip: For faster searching, add an asterisk to the end of your partial query. Example: cert*
