Problem investigation SOAP web services

You can use the interface forms in Problem Management to:

• Create or modify a problem investigation
• Query a problem investigation or a list of problem investigations

To submit Problem Investigation entries, open the PBM:ProblemInterface_Create form. When creating a problem investigation, if necessary, you can associate the problem investigation to an existing CI and create a work information entry. You can also create a work information entry during a problem investigation modification. The interface forms are as follows:

• Interface Create form
  • The Problem_Submit_Service function creates and submits problem investigations with work information and CI associations.
• Interface form
  • The Problem_Modify_Service function modifies problem investigations with work information.
  • The Problem_Query_Service and Problem_QueryList_Service functions allow searches for specific problem investigations (using the query service) or a set of problem investigations (using the query list service).
  • The Problem_GetWorkInfoList function retrieves a list of work info records for a list of problem investigations.

  • The GetListOfRelatedProblems function retrieves a list of related problem investigations.
