Configuring parameters for the ROI flashboard
The following table describes the ROI parameters that you can configure as an ROI administrator.
Parameter | Description |

Cost (per hour) | The estimated per hour cost of change that is used by your organization for creating projections. |
Effort Input | One of the following values:

Effort Estimate (in hours) | The actual value of the Specify Effort Estimate parameter, if that parameter is configured. |
Baseline Cost Calculation | If you select the Use Baseline Effort option as the Effort Input, the flashboard uses the following values:

Active variables
The ROI flashboards use active variables to fetch the data that is used to create the graphs. You can control the appearance of the graph by choosing to hide or display an active variable. The following table lists the Cost of Failed Changes active variable names and the meaning of the information they provide.
