Troubleshooting the Event engine channels plug-in

The Event Engine (BMC.FILTERAPI.EVENT_ENGINE) plug-in is also called the Event Engine Channels plug-in. By using this plug-in, you can have a near real-time, responsive, and scalable publish and subscribe mechanism for notifying the changes to CIs stored in CMDB.

Troubleshooting tips

1. Open the AR System Administration: Plugin Server Configuration form.
2. On the Plugin Server Configuration tab, change the logging level to DEBUG. See  Logging Configurations in Setting plugin server configuration optionsin Action Request System documentation.
3. Click Apply.
