Troubleshooting issues with Atrium Integrator migrated jobs
Use this information to troubleshoot issues with migrated jobs.
To verify jobs with as input and table as output
- Open the job in
Spoon. For more information about
jobs and transformations, see Opening Atrium Integrator job or transformation.
- Double-click the CMDBInput step.
The CMDBInput dialog box appears. - Verify the input details.
- Click OK.
- Double-click the InsertUpdate step.
The Insert/Update dialog box appears. - Verify if the fields in the The key(s) lookup the value(s) table are listed accurately in the Updatefields table and the Tablefield and Streamfield mapping is set to Yes.
- Click OK.
- Double-click the User Defined Java Class step.
The User Defined Java Class dialog box appears. - Verify if the rules are migrated correctly.
- Double-click the Set Rules step.
- Click Test Class.
If there are any errors in the migrated rules an error occurs.
- Click OK.
- Save and run the job.
- Verify the job details in the target database table.
To verify jobs with table as input and as output
- Open the job in
Spoon. For more information, see Opening Atrium Integrator job or transformation.
- Double-click the Table Source step.
The Table input dialog box appears. - Click Edit and verify:
- Target database name: Source DB name
- User: Source DB user
- Click OK.
- Double-click the Add constants step.
The Add constant values dialog box is displayed. - Verify the constant values.
- Click OK.
- Double-click the CMDBOutput step.
The CMDBOutput dialog box appears. - Verify the
output details.
- Click Edit and verify:
- AR System server name
- TCP Port
- Click OK.
- (Optional ) If the job contains rules, verify if the rules are migrated properly.

To verify if rules are migrated correctly to
After migrating rules to
, verify if they are migrated correctly. If there are any errors in the migrated rules an error occurs.
- Open the transformation in
Spoon.
- Double-click the Set Rules step.
- Click Test Class.
To troubleshoot data population in table
data is not populated into the table if the mapping between the AR Input step and the Table output step fails.
- Open the transformation.
- Double-click the Table output step.
- In Table Output dialog box, select the Specify Database fields option.
- Click OK.
- Save and run the transformation.
To troubleshoot issues with erroneous brackets at start of data
This issue is specific to Microsoft SQL server.
- Log in to the Microsoft SQL server.
- Set the SET CONCAT_NULL_YIELDS_NULL option to OFF.
- Run the job again.
