Verifying jobs and transformations

After you create your job that includes multiple transformations, you can use the following procedure to verify all the transformations within a job.

To verify jobs and transformations

Log in to the computer on which Atrium Integrator Spoon is installed.
Open BMC Atrium Integrator Spoon from the Windows Start menu of your system.
The AR System server connection dialog box appears.
Log on as follows:
1. From the AR Server list, select the AR System server on which you have installed the Action Request System database.
2. In the User Name field, enter the user name for the AR System server.
  For information about the user name that you must specify, see Permissions-to-access-Atrium-Integrator.
  In the Password field, enter the credentials for the AR System server.

1. Click OK.
In the Atrium Integrator Spoon window, select Tools > Repository > Explore.
The Repository explorer dialog box shows all the jobs and transformations in the Action Request System database.
From the explorer, double-click the transformation that you want to verify.
Close the Repository explore window and view the transformation steps in the Spoon canvas.
From the actions menus on the canvas, click Verify this transformation.

The verification results are displayed in a dialog box.
View the successful results by using the Show successful results check box.
Resolve the results marked as Error and Warning to fix the problems in the transformation.
You can ignore the results marked as Remark.

This verification of job described above does not include global verification such as log connection.
