Troubleshooting
- The Atrium Integrator Spoon closes unexpectedly when you run a Spoon job twice. This may occur if the Spoon job has a step that uses SQL Query, such as TableInput, and if the Windows screen resolution is set at 1920 x 1440.
- When you run an Atrium Integrator Spoon job with a CMDBOutput step, the CMDB form stores junk characters. This might occur if the Atrium Integrator Spoon job has a TableInput step that connects to a Postgres database, and the Enable Lazy Conversion check box is selected.
Tip: For faster searching, add an asterisk to the end of your partial query. Example: cert*
