Running a transformation job in Atrium Integrator Spoon

If you edit or create a transformation job in Atrium Integrator Spoon, you can then run the transformation job locally or remotely by using the Execute a job dialog box. However, to run a transformation job remotely, you must first configure Atrium Integrator Spoon to use a slave server.

Important

Clustered execution of jobs in Atrium Integrator Spoon is not supported.

Before you begin

You must first create a job in the Atrium Integrator Spoon as described in Creating-a-job-in-Atrium-Integrator-Spoon.

  8. Specify logging details.
If you are troubleshooting, you can set this to Rowlevel.
  9. Click Launch.
The job starts, and Atrium Integrator Spoon displays the progress in the Executing Results section of the window.

Tip

A Spoon job with an output step automatically uses the .txt extension for the output file. To change the file type, manually change the extension before you save the output file.

Troubleshooting

  • The Atrium Integrator Spoon closes unexpectedly when you run a Spoon job twice. This may occur if the Spoon job has a step that uses SQL Query, such as TableInput, and if the Windows screen resolution is set at 1920 x 1440.
  • When you run an Atrium Integrator Spoon job with a CMDBOutput step, the CMDB form stores junk characters. This might occur if the Atrium Integrator Spoon job has a TableInput step that connects to a Postgres database, and the Enable Lazy Conversion check box is selected.

Tip: For faster searching, add an asterisk to the end of your partial query. Example: cert*
