Patch 4 for version 21.3 is available for SaaS and on-premises customers. The following updates are available in this patch:

  • (On-premises) The Support Assistant tool is available as a sidecar container with non-root user privileges.
  • (On-premises) Support for four different deployment size templates.
  • Discontinued support for H2 Database Engine and Vertica database, due to third-party security vulnerabilities.

  • CMDB Explorer enhancements
    • Quick Edit: edit CIs and relationships within the Explorer view.
    • Collapse: Hide parent and children CIs from the Explorer view.
    • Show relationship details: View changes made to relationships and compare with the corresponding values in the production dataset.
  • New attribute added to BaseElement class to store cloud resource IDs.
  • View information in full-screen mode in Class Manager UI
