Installing

The following high-level steps provide the recommended order for installing the products that are part of the BMC Atrium SC kit.

Note

If you are installing BMC Atrium SC as part of a large set of BMC products, make sure you read the latest BSM Interoperability Technical Bulletin before installing BMC Atrium SC. For more information, see Related-documentation.

  1. Install the BMC Remedy AR System server.
     For instructions about installing the BMC Remedy AR System server, see Installing.
  2. Install BMC Atrium Core, which includes the following components:
    • BMC Atrium Configuration Management Database (BMC Atrium CMDB) with Product Catalog
    • BMC Atrium Impact Simulator
    • Atrium Integrator
    • BMC Atrium Web Services and BMC Atrium Web Services Registry

  3. Install the BMC Atrium Single Sign-On server.

  4. (optional) Install SAP BusinessObjects Enterprise.
