S10 - Top 10 Services That Missed Their SLAs
This report shows which services had the poorest rate of compliance with service level agreements (SLAs), over a given time period.
Usage
Use this report to highlight problem areas that need management attention. It may also be used to reexamine the SLA commitments for those services, to see if they are realistic.
Report assumptions
The report considers service requests with a SLA status of All Service Targets Breached or Service Target Breached, and then displays the top 10 SLAs that missed their target.
