S06 - Aging Report for Open Service Requests

This report shows how long a service request has been open, and to which assignee group and assignee it belongs.

Use this report to ensure service requests are being handled in a timely manner, by clearing out backlogs of requests that have been open for a long time.

 

Tip: For faster searching, add an asterisk to the end of your partial query. Example: cert*
