S04 - Service Requests by Service Category

This report shows the total number of service requests in each service category. The report also shows the details of the service requests in a particular service category.

This report can be used for planning purposes to judge the utilization of the service categories.

 

Tip: For faster searching, add an asterisk to the end of your partial query. Example: cert*
