S02 - Most Requested Services per Location

This report shows the top 10 services requested by location.

Usage

This report can be used to optimize service support for each location. It can also be used for staff planning around specific locations to handle the frequently requested services for that location.

Report assumptions

  • Depending on the company selected, the report shows the 10 most frequently requested services by all locations, for that company.
  • Location can be filtered by Company, Region, Site, and Location.

 

Tip: For faster searching, add an asterisk to the end of your partial query. Example: cert*
