P12 - Open Closed Problems
This report shows, for a specified time period and company, the number of open problems and closed problems and the average number of open and closed problems for a six-month period. The report shows the data in a graphical and tabular format.
Usage
This report can be used by executives and managers to evaluate the overall health and quality of their IT services and determine, for any point in time, the number of open and closed problems.
Report assumptions
The problems with problem reported on date within the reporting period are selected.
