P08 - Number of Problems Associated with a Change

This report shows, for a particular reporting period and company, the total number of problems associated with changes and the details of those problems that are associated with changes.

The report shows the total number of reports with the data displayed in the table, showing the change request type, change request summary, problem ID, problem summary, problem investigation status, impact, priority, and problem reported on date.

Usage

This report can be used to view the status and impact of the problems associated with a change, and to ensure that changes are implemented as quickly as possible to correct high-priority or critical problems.

Report assumptions

  • The problems with problem reported date within the reporting period are selected.
  • The problems related to change management are selected.
  • The problems are filtered by the infrastructure change request type.
