Cloud Lifecycle Management reports
The reports in this category enable you to view the distribution of cloud resources in BMC Cloud Lifecycle Management.
For the reports described in this section, the following definitions apply:
- Compute resource pool — A group of similar compute resources for logical organization. Groups can be based on quality, tenant ownership, or other logical structures. Compute resource pools are mapped to network containers.
- Pod — Represents a physical level-2 portion of the cloud bound by a set of physical network equipment, such as routers, firewalls, and load balancers. Pods contain one or more network containers. Onboarding pods adds capacity incrementally to a data center.
- Network container — A network container represents virtual layer-2 segment of the cloud that are used to isolate workloads or tenants based on specific policies and rules.
