C19 - Trend in Number of Change Requests

This report shows the monthly trend for the volume of change requests.

Usage

Use this report to identify spikes in volume of change requests. Knowing the reasons for these spikes in volume can help the Change Manager and CAB be prepared for similar spikes in the future.

Report assumptions

If the submit date falls within the month, the change is counted as part of that month.

 

Tip: For faster searching, add an asterisk to the end of your partial query. Example: cert*
