C18 - Number of Changes Backed-out

This report shows all changes that were backed out in the period.

Usage

Use this report to assess the efficiency of the change process. As the efficiency of the change process increases, the number of backed-out changes will go down.

Report assumptions

Changes are considered to be backed out when they have a status of Closed and a status reason of Backed Out. The pie chart displays the number of changes that backed out and all other changes.

 

Tip: For faster searching, add an asterisk to the end of your partial query. Example: cert*
