C15 - Change Backlog Report

This report shows all changes that are waiting for implementation. The report also shows the corresponding stage in the change process for these changes.

Usage

Use this report to assess the productivity of the change process and to identify bottlenecks in the process.

Report assumptions

All changes with the following status values are considered:

  • Draft
  • Pending
  • Request For Authorization
  • Request For Change
  • Scheduled
  • Scheduled For Review
  • Scheduled For Approval
  • Planning In Progress

 

Tip: For faster searching, add an asterisk to the end of your partial query. Example: cert*
