C12 - Planned Unavailability by Change

This report shows the planned unavailability periods of CIs associated with a change request.

Usage

Use this report to notify users about planned downtime of CIs, and also to assess the impact of a change request in terms of downtime.

Report assumptions

Changes that have a Request Type of CI Unavailability are shown in the report.
