C04 - Closed Changes Summary

This report summarizes all change requests that were closed in a specified time period. The report also shows details on specific change requests.

Usage

This report can be used for trending purposes to look at the volume of change requests. It can also be used to create awareness about change requests that have been implemented in the past.

Report assumptions

  • This report considers changes with a status of Closed.
  • This report considers changes where the Tier 1 field in the Product Categorization category is not null.

 

Tip: For faster searching, add an asterisk to the end of your partial query. Example: cert*
