Preconfigured reports
The BMC Analytics for Business Service Management (BMC Analytics for BSM) reports are dynamic and interactive — you can easily modify the reports, change the formats, drill down through the information presented on the reports, and further analyze information as required.
BMC Analytics for BSM installs several preconfigured reports for reporting on the BMC products. You are able to access the data in the reports for the BMC applications that you have installed in your environment. For example, if you have BMC Service Desk installed in your environment, you can view Incident Management and Problem Management reports. All of the reports are stored in the SAP BusinessObjects Enterprise CMS repository.
