Default views

For the list of default views in the universes, see ITSM-universe-classes-objects-conditions-and-views.

Before you add a view to a universe, check the list of default views. If the view exists in the universe, use the existing view. If the view does not exist, create a new view and insert it into the universe. Remember that the form name is the same as the view name.

When you use the BMC Analytics for BSM product with a replicated BMC Remedy AR System server database, you can replicate only the view required for the ITSM universe, and only the views for the BMC Remedy IT Service Management applications that you have installed.
