S12 - Service Request Costs Charged Back to a Department

This report shows the total costs to be charged back to a department for all the service requests submitted by that department.

Usage

Use this report to determine chargeback amounts for individual departments. It can also be used to determine how much of the IT service budget goes towards supporting a given department, information which is useful for IT budgeting and planning.

Report assumptions

The cost charged back to a department value is the sum of actual costs per service request, requested by that department.
