S11 - Top 10 Services That Met Their SLAs
This report shows which services had the best rate of compliance with service level agreements (SLAs), over a given time period.
Usage
Use this report to track those services that are consistently meeting user expectations. Executives can know which areas they are doing well in, with respect to user expectations.
Report assumptions
The report selects service requests with an SLA status of Within the Service Target, and then displays the top 10 SLAs that met their service target.
Tip: For faster searching, add an asterisk to the end of your partial query. Example: cert*
