SL02a - SLA Comp - Cost By Supplier Summary

This report displays the type of review period, the number of review periods in and out of compliance, and any penalties, and rewards or impact cost for one or more agreements associated to a supplier.

This report provides links allowing you to drill into additional details on a selected review period type or on a selected review period, using the two subreports listed below.

Usage

Use this report to view summary compliance and cost information based on one or more suppliers.

Report assumptions

  • The supplier is the same as the Contracted for company.
  • If the start date or end date of the specified report time period falls between the start and end times of a review period, compliance data for the entire review period is reported.
  • The status displays Missed if the Service Target was missed once during the review period.
  • If no review occurred for a service target in the agreement in the review period, data for that service target is not displayed.
  • All service level agreement (SLA) compliance records for which measurements are complete are considered.

This report contains the following subreports.

SL02b — SLA Comp – Cost by Supplier Details

This report displays compliance, penalty, reward, and impact cost information for all review periods of the type selected in the summary report. This report provides links allowing you to drill into a selected review period.

SL02c — SLA Comp – Cost By Supplier Service Target Details

This report displays the weight, goal, status and impact cost for all service targets associated with an agreement in a selected review period.

This subreport is not intended to be run independently of the summary report. If you run this report independently of the summary report, and if you do not provide the correct start and end times of the review period, no data is displayed in the report.
