SL01a - SLA Comp - Cost by Contract Summary
This report shows the total penalties or rewards and impact cost for the service level agreement within the specified period of time. It displays the type of review period, the number of review periods in and out of compliance, and any penalties, rewards, or impact costs for one or more agreements associated to a contract.
This report provides links allowing you to drill into additional details on a selected review period type or on a selected review period, using the two subreports described in Subreports.
Usage
Executives and managers can use this report to view summary compliance and cost information based on one or more contracts.
Report assumptions
- If the start date or end date of the specified report time period falls between the start and end times of a review period, compliance data for the entire review period is reported.
- The status displays Missed if the Service Target was missed once during the review period.
- If no review occurred for a service target in the agreement in the review period, data for that service target is not displayed.
- All service level agreement (SLA) compliance records for which measurements are complete are considered.

This report displays compliance, penalty, reward, and impact cost information for all review periods of the type selected in the summary report. This report provides links allowing you to drill into a selected review period.
SL01c — SLA Comp – Cost By Contract Service Target Details
This report displays the weight, goal, status and impact cost for all service targets associated with an agreement in a selected review period.
