P10 - Number of Problems Associated with High-priority Incidents
This report displays, for a specified reporting period and company, the total number of details of those problems that are associated with high-priority incidents along with the details of those problems.
The details of the problems are included in a table, which includes the incident priority, incident ID, problem ID, problem summary, problem investigation status, impact, problem priority, and problem reported date.
Usage
This report can be used in measuring the effectiveness of the problem management process and in the analysis of problems that may have resulted in high-priority incidents. It can also indicate critical issues in the infrastructure that are causing a large volume of high-priority incidents.
Report assumptions
- The problems with problem reported on date within the reporting period are selected.
- The incidents related to problems are selected.
- High-priority incidents are those with priority set to high on the incident record.
