P02 - Percent of Re-occurring Problems by Impact


This report shows, for a specified problem location company, what percent of problems is due to reoccurring issues over a given time period. The data is broken out by problem impact.

The Detail tab shows the details of the problems, including the problem ID, problem summary, status, impact, investigation driver, support group, and problem reported on date.

Usage

The report can be used to identify the areas where problems are reoccurring, which can in turn reveal more fundamental issues or problems with the company's IT infrastructure. This report is useful to operational managers and executive-level audiences, who can use it to measure the success of their Problem Management processes.

Report assumptions

Reoccurring problems are those problem records where the investigation driver is reoccurring incidents. Problems are then broken down by impact.
