I08 - Analyst Workload and Productivity

For a given time period and company, this report shows how many incidents were assigned to an analyst and how many were resolved. The Detail tab contains the data in a tabular format, and it also contains the percentage of incidents resolved by the analyst.

Usage

This report can be used by operational managers and executives to keep track of analysts' workload and resolution percentages. It can also be used for resource planning purposes.

Report assumptions

The incidents included in this report are the incidents currently assigned to the analyst within the specified period of time and those incidents resolved by the analyst within the specified period of time.
