I02 - Trend report for Incident Volume

This report shows the trend of monthly incident volume, by company and reporting period. For a specified reporting period and company, the number of incidents created in a month are shown along with the number of incidents closed in that month.

This executive-level report is suitable for a high-level view of incident volumes over time. It can be used to identify periods of abnormally high or low volumes. It can also be used for resource planning purposes, to help ensure that the best possible levels of service quality and availability are maintained.
