C13 - Change Lead Time Report

This report shows the time difference between the time the change is submitted and the requested start date for the change.

Usage

Use this report to assess how much lead time is being given when change requests are submitted. The results can be used to improve the change process in the organization.

Report assumptions

Lead time is defined as the number of days between the Submit Date value and the Requested Start Date value.

 

Tip: For faster searching, add an asterisk to the end of your partial query. Example: cert*
