C09 - Open Changes by Phase

This report shows a summary of all open changes broken out by phase of the change process as well as the details on specific change requests.

Usage

The Change Manager or CAB can use this report to track changes. It can also be used to provide summary statistics to management.

Report assumptions

Changes are considered open if the status is not equal to Closed.

 

Tip: For faster searching, add an asterisk to the end of your partial query. Example: cert*
