C08 - Change Lifecycle and Process Efficiency

This report shows change requests broken out by the status of the change process and the time spent in each status.

If you encounter problems when you attempt to use this report, ensure that the CHG_STATUS_HISTORY table is properly updated. For more information, see Updating-the-CHG_STATUS_HISTORY-table.

Usage

Use this report to assess the process efficiency of the overall change process, in terms of how much time each phase is taking. It can also be used to investigate why a particular phase is taking longer than usual.

Report assumptions

If a change has a status of Pending, Canceled, or Closed, these statuses are not reflected in the report, but the previous status in the change lifecycle is shown.

 

Tip: For faster searching, add an asterisk to the end of your partial query. Example: cert*
