C06 - Changes that Spawned Other Changes

The report focuses on those changes that caused more change requests. Details of the original change request as well as the resultant change request are provided.

Usage

This report can be used to track change requests that caused a disruption in the environment. This report can be useful for Post Implementation Review (PIR) of change requests.

Report assumptions

If a change request includes a change request in the Relationships tab that is a smaller value, it is assumed that the change appearing on the Relationships tab is the original change that caused the current change to be created.
